Today is a New Day, Tomorrow is a New Day. You do not have to remain stuck in your past. You do not have to remain stuck in your present circumstances. Each morning brings a New Day, regardless of the storm/circumstances you may be in currently.

Today is a New Day for a New Stand. You can stand strong for what you believe in and what you want to accomplish. You do not have to remain stuck in the past. You do not have to continue in your existing ways. All things can become new. A New Stand. You do not have to remain stuck in your current circumstance.

Ancient scholars have argued Selah as a time of meditation while listening for the Lord. It appears 71 times in the Book of Psalms and 3 times in the 3rd chapter of the Book of Habakkuk. Regardless of agreement, Selah fits well with the meaning of, meditating on the scripture while listening for that still quiet voice from the Lord.
